Back in December, you hopefully thoroughly immersed yourself in The Map of Physics, an animated video–a visual aid for the modern age–that mapped out the field of physics, explaining all the connections between classical physics, quantum physics, and relativity.
You can’t do physics without math. Hence we now have The Map of Mathematics. Created by physicist Dominic Walliman, this video explains “how pure mathematics and applied mathematics relate to each other and all of the sub-topics they are made from.” Watch the new video above. You can buy a poster of the map here. And you can download a version for educational use here.

This is most interesting and belwidering.
How were we able to develop all these theories without help from some external help or influence.
Isn’t this somehow proof the we are not alone.
Are we not intangled in a web of consciousness unity?
Somehow individual “geniuses” managed to connect to a higher consciousness and caught a glimpse of an answer to a problem he was working on.
Truly mesmerizing!
Brilliant article!

This is just a wonderful thing particularly for autistic people who both tend to love math and visualize Concepts or opportunity space ina special manner. It is my hope that smart kids capable of understanding Dominick’s pages will build a great base of foundational knowledge across biology, math, physics, chemistry Etc. For humankind to be able to make it through the other side of a difficult time in our history we need young people to fully arm themselves with a wide understanding of the knowledge we have so far.
