Below hear author A. M. Homes join the New York­er’s Deb­o­rah Treis­man to read and dis­cuss “Stone Mat­tress” by Mar­garet Atwood. The sto­ry appeared in a 2011 issue of the mag­a­zine. And it comes from a larg­er short sto­ry col­lec­tion called, Stone Mat­tress: Nine Wicked Tales.
